The minimum age for Dominator is 18 years. This means you have to be 18 years old at the day you enter the festival or campsite. We won’t make any exceptions on this.

- Organized bus trips - Where can I find my ticket?
You received an email from ticket provider Paylogic. This email contains your “sealed ticket(s)”. This way we can minimize fraud and unfair reselling. The actual e-ticket(s) will be available to download short before the event. You will receive a new email about this from Paylogic.
If you have not received your tickets or have accidentally deleted them, you can go to this page. Enter your email address and you will receive your tickets again via email.
If you still cannot find the tickets, you might have accidentally used an incorrect email address or made a typo. Please contact Paylogic customer service so they can assist you with this.
- How can I personalize my tickets?
Tickets for Dominator 2025 must be personalized. If you have ordered multiple tickets, it is necessary to personalize each ticket per visitor. Personalizing the remaining tickets within your order is possible by logging into your account (or creating one if you have not already done so). You will receive an email from Paylogic with a link to personalize your tickets. Once you click on this link, you can enter the details for each attendee.
After completing the personalization, you will receive a new email with your “sealed tickets.” This email will also include the release date of your tickets – the date when the actual tickets will be available for download.
If you need assistance with personalization, please contact Paylogic Support.
Your tickets will only be available for download after the release date and once the personalization is completed.
- Can I return my ticket?
It is not possible to return your ticket. However, you can buy or sell tickets safely through TicketSwap. With their SecureSwap technology, buyers receive a new admission ticket with a unique and valid barcode, ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience.
- How can I sell my tickets?
If you can no longer go, you can sell your ticket via Ticketswap.
To prevent abuse and to ensure fair ticket trading, it is only permitted to offer tickets for Dominator via TicketSwap at a price that is no more than 20% above or below the original purchase price.
If tickets are offered outside this margin, we reserve the right to declare the tickets in question invalid and/or take further appropriate measures. We advise visitors to only use platforms recognized by us for the safe resale of tickets.
- Can I change or upgrade my ticket?
Festival tickets can no longer be changed. Do you already have a ticket but still want to enjoy the whole weekend? Then you can still upgrade your day ticket to a weekend ticket via our add-on shop.
Go to shop.dominatorfestival.com, log in with your account or enter your order number.
Select the upgrade you want and pay the difference. This way, you don’t need to sell your current ticket or buy a new one. - I bought the wrong ticket (parking, locker, shuttle, weekend)
Did you accidentally purchase the wrong ticket? (For example, a weekend ticket instead of a Friday + Saturday combo ticket, or a Saturday locker instead of a Friday locker?)
You can use the ticket exchange tool via the My Order page, which you’ll find at the bottom of your Paylogic confirmation email.
- Select the ticket you want to exchange (e.g., Locker Friday).
- In the second step, under Extras, choose the correct option (e.g., Locker Saturday).
This way, you can easily swap your ticket for the right one!
Note: If you want to upgrade your combi ticket to a weekend ticket, you’ll need to purchase the weekend upgrade in our add-on shop.
- Can I change the name on my ticket?
This information will follow when tickets for Dominator 2026 are available.
HOW TO GET THERE
Plan your trip to Dominator your way. Check out all available transport options here.
- Public transport
You can travel to Eindhoven Central Station by train. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, shuttle buses go from there to Dominator. Leave the station via the public transport exit and walk to the shuttle bus stop at John F. Kennedylaan 2 to find the shuttle buses. Shuttle bus tickets are only available in the ticket shop.
Shuttle buses run on the following schedule, departing every 30 minutes between the listed times:
Friday: From 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Saturday: From 10:00 AM to 1:30 AM
Sunday: From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Organized bus tours

- Can I organize my own bus trip?
Organizing your own bus trip to the event? Please fill in the form on this page and provide us with the following information: bus company, number persons, number of coaches, expected arrival time, buss parking yes / no. You will receive all the required information to get to, and possibly park at Dominator. If you have registered via the website, is parking free.
- Parking
Enter the following address in the navigation: Buivensedreef 10 5521 RN Eersel. Turn off your navigation system as soon as you see the yellow Dominator road signs, which point you in the direction of the event area. Parking is at your own risk.
- Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
It is possible to spend the night at the Dominator campsite. On the website you will find more information.
You can also spend the night in various hotels in the area, you can find more information on the website.
CAMPING
- Which tickets give me access to the campsite?
You only have access to the campsite with a weekend ticket.
- Can I buy a camping ticket later?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade a Friday or Saturday ticket or combination ticket to a weekend ticket. This gives you access to the campsite.
- What are the opening hours of the campsite?
The campsite is open from Friday, July 18, 9:00 AM (CEST) to Sunday, July 20, 12:00 PM (CEST).
The campsite is accessible all day on Friday after opening time to enter.
The campsite can be entered on Saturday until 8:00 PM.
- Can I leave the campsite and come back later?
It is not allowed to return after leaving the campsite. This means that during the event you cannot go to the car park or a supermarket in one of the nearby villages and then return to the campsite.
- Camping entrance
At the permanent parking lot of the E3 beach there is a separate camping entrance and a separate camper camping entrance that gives you access to the campsite. Follow the signs.
- What am I not allowed to take with me to the campsite?
Drugs, weapons/knives, drones, scissors, fireworks, oil, glass, gas lamps, candles and torches, large barbecues (disposable barbecues allowed), pets, sound systems (small portable boxes of max. 25×25 cm are allowed), shirts and flags of football clubs, sofas, furniture and pallets (folding chairs or camping tables are allowed), household appliances such as stoves/heaters, microwaves, freezers, refrigerators and gas bottles without thread/gas bottles larger than 250 g and punctured gas bottles.
- Can I choose my own spot at the campsite?
No, you cannot choose a spot at the campsite yourself.
- Can I park my car at the campsite and sleep in it?
No, it is not allowed to park your car at the campsite and/or sleep in the car. It is also not allowed to spend the night in the parking lot.
- Campers and caravans
Part of the campsite is reserved for campers and caravans. You are allowed to camp with your camper or caravan on this part of the campsite.
- Can I buy or rent a pre-setup tent?
Yes, it is possible to rent a pre-setup tent. The pre-setup tent can be ordered online in the ticketshop. In addition to the rental price, you also pay a deposit. You can only check in at the reception after paying the rent and deposit. Please note: you cannot pay on location. The reception is available 24/7, check-in is possible until Saturday evening 8:00 PM.
- Supermarket
There will be a supermarket on the campsite. Here you can pick up products that have been purchased in advance in the online ticketshop. You can also buy bread, (hot) drinks, non-food, cosmetics, and fresh products in the supermarket.
- Is there a pump to inflate an air mattress?
No, there is no pump available. You must bring this yourself.
- Is there electricity available at the campsite?
Yes, there is electricity at the campsite. The power points can be found near the ‘living room’, but not on the camping fields themselves. Here, for example, it is possible to charge your phone or inflate your air mattress. It is not possible to get a power connection to your tent. There is a 1x 6-ampere power connection available at the camper or caravan pitch.
- Free drinking water
There are free water taps for drinking water at the toilet groups.
- Can I bring my own food and drinks to the campsite?
It is allowed to take food to the campsite. There is a limit on the number of drinks that you can take with you. The maximum is 4,5 liters of drinks of which half can be alcohol. Alcoholic beverages may contain a maximum of 14,5% alcohol. Glassware is not allowed. Drinking water is available free of charge at the water taps.
Please note: it is not allowed to bring food and drinks to the festival site. If you have a gluten allergy, you can bring your own food to the festival site. This must be in the original, closed packaging and you must have a doctor’s note.
- Are alcohol and drugs allowed on the campsite?
You are allowed to take a maximum of 4.5 liters of drinks per person to the campsite. Alcoholic drinks may contain a maximum of 14.5% alcohol. Glassware is prohibited. It is not allowed to take drugs to the campsite, not even soft drugs.
- Can I bring a sound system to the campsite?
You are allowed to bring a small portable speaker. The maximum size of this speaker may be 25×25 cm.
- Can I take a gas bottle to the campsite?
Only the smallest gas bottles (max. 20×20 cm) are allowed. Gas cylinders are not permitted.
- First aid available at the campsite?
The first aid post at the campsite is open 24/7 and you can always walk in.
- Can I always go to the campsite during the festival?
During the festival you can always return from the festival site to the campsite via the special ‘camping entrance’ passages.
- What is done with found objects?
All found items will be posted on the Wednesday after the show until at least two weeks after the event.
- House rules campsite
- The campsite is only accessible with a valid entrance ticket.
- The minimum age is 18+
- The organization and security have the right to check your age on the basis of a valid ID.
- Everyone will be subject to a 100% POV search by security prior to the event. Are you not cooperating with this? Then you are not allowed to enter.
- All hard and soft drugs are prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy.
- If drugs or other prohibited substances/objects are found, you will be removed from the event and/or campsite and handed over to the police.
- It is also prohibited to have objects/substances that resemble drugs with you. If you do have these with you, you will also be removed from the event and/or campsite and handed over to the police.
- The organization and security have the right to search your camper/caravan or tent if this is deemed necessary for security reasons.
- Clothing or flags with provocative, discriminatory or other offensive texts, logos or illustrations are not permitted.
- You are not allowed to bring in professional photo, video, audio recording equipment or selfie sticks longer than one meter. Standard digital cameras or phones are allowed.
- Commercial activities on or around the event without permission from the organization are prohibited.
- Distributing flyers or other promotional material without permission from the organization is prohibited.
- Access to the event is at your own risk. If you have health problems, go to the emergency room. Earplugs are available to protect your ears.
- Always follow the instructions of the staff, security guards and emergency responders.
- It is prohibited to smoke outside the designated smoking areas.
- Treat each other with respect.
- (Sexual) Harassment is not tolerated.
- Bringing pets, fireworks, weapons or sharp objects in any form is not permitted. Standard cutlery is allowed.
- Photo and/or video recordings can be made of you, which can be distributed for any form of promotion.
- Everyone must adhere to the applicable house rules when entering this event.
- There are security cameras available for your and our safety.
- Camping is only allowed in the places designated by the crew.
- Campers, cars, bicycles, trailers, caravans or other vehicles are prohibited on the regular camping site. Only trolleys/carts (max 113 cm long, 51 cm wide and 56 cm high) are allowed.
- It is forbidden to play loud music.
- Open fires are prohibited, including: campfires, BBQs, torches, fireworks and the like. The use of disposable BBQs and 1-burner gas stoves (max. 250 grams and no puncture gas bottle) are permitted in the designated BBQ zones.
- (Electrical) appliances, stoves, refrigerators, sandwich makers, tap installations, and the like do not have to be removed, but the operation of these appliances is not guaranteed due to the limited amount of available power.
- Per person you are allowed to bring a maximum of 4.5 liters of non-alcoholic or light alcoholic drinks (< 14.5%). This can be taken in at check-in, but not afterwards. You are allowed to bring an appropriate amount of food. Drinks with an alcohol content of more than 14.5% are not permitted.
- The use and/or taking of glassware is prohibited.
- The organization is entitled at any time to refuse or remove persons from the campsite.
- The organization cannot be held liable for personal injury and/or loss or damage to goods.
- Once you have left the main entrance/exit of the campsite, you cannot enter the campsite again. Please note that you will need to take all your belongings with you as soon as you leave the campsite.
What is not allowed:
- Drugs, medicines, mind altering substances and/or substances that can be used as drugs.
- Weapons, attributes or tools that can be used as weapons
Gas bottles larger than 250 grams and/or punctured gas bottles. - Laser pens, stadium horns, drones, selfie sticks and related items.
Graffiti, confetti, party poppers and the like. - Sound systems, generators and aggregates.
- Large furniture including sofas or other large attributes.
- Dry ice and nitrous oxide cartridges and bottles or balloons.
- Trolleys larger than 113 cm (length) x 51 cm (width) x 56 cm (height).
- House rules camper campsite
- The camper campsite is only accessible with a valid entrance ticket. In addition to a camper camping ticket, you also need a weekend ticket.
- The minimum age is 18+.
- The organization and security have the right to check your age on the basis of a valid ID.
- Everyone will be subject to a 100% POV search by security prior to the event. Are you not cooperating with this? Then you are not allowed to enter.
- All hard and soft drugs are prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy.
- If drugs or other prohibited substances/objects are found, you will be removed from the event and/or campsite and handed over to the police.
- It is also prohibited to have objects/substances that resemble drugs with you. If you do have these with you, you will also be removed from the event and/or campsite and handed over to the police.
- The organization and security have the right to search your camper/caravan or tent if this is deemed necessary for security reasons.
- A camper or caravan is a vehicle that is classified as such by the RDW. Only campers or caravans that meet the requirements stated in the traffic legislation are allowed in a separate section for campers and caravans.
- The maximum permitted length of a caravan or camper is 7.5 meters. If your caravan or camper is larger than 7.5 meters, you need two camper camping tickets.
- The maximum permitted weight of a camper is 12,000 kilograms.
- Campers and caravans must be placed in designated areas as indicated by the crew.
- After placing the caravan at the campsite, the car is not allowed to remain parked and you must drive it to the parking lot. You need a separate parking ticket for this.
- Cars, trucks and other motorized vehicles are not allowed on the campsite. This also applies to cars of the Caddy or Combo type.
- Trailers and trailers are not allowed. Cars with a roof tent are allowed, provided the roof tent is actually mounted on the car and not set up separately.
- For safety reasons, it is not permitted to set up separate tents next to the caravan or camper on the camping site.
- Clothing or flags with provocative, discriminatory or other offensive texts, logos or illustrations are not permitted.
- You are not allowed to bring in professional photo, video, audio recording equipment or selfie sticks longer than one meter. Standard digital cameras or phones are allowed.

HEALTH & SAFETY
- First Aid
At the festival, our heroes at first aid are there to help you at any time of the day (and night). Are you not feeling well? Then head over there. Don’t worry, they won’t call your mother if you have been misbehaving, and they certainly won’t tell the police. Their biggest concern is that you are doing well, so don’t hesitate to ask for help.
- Earplugs
Don’t forget to take care of your ears! Earplugs can be purchased at our Alpine Earplug stand and merchandise stores.
- Can I bring medication?
Yes, you are only allowed to bring medication to the event upon presentation of a doctor’s note. Medicines can possibly be stored at the emergency room.
- Celebrate Safe
Party consciously and safe! Our Celebrate Safe stand is present at our festival. Celebrate Safe is a platform with tips and reliable information about conscious and safe partying. Together with more than 100 organizers, Celebrate Safe has set up a campaign to inform visitors of events and clubs in an accessible way about the risks related to going out (think of alcohol, drugs, but also hearing damage and unsafe sex) and how to limit these risks.
- Sexual harassment
Sexual violence or sexual harassment will not be tolerated. If you experience inconvenience or feel threatened, we request that you report this to the organization. You can contact both the security and first aid staff, who will assist you and contact a manager within the organization to provide further assistance.
- What if I need medical attention?
If you or one of your friends is not feeling well, do not hesitate to go to the emergency room. Expert care providers are ready to provide support. Be open about any alcohol and drug use, because the clearer you are about the situation, the more effectively they can help you. You can feel free to talk, as medical confidentiality applies here and no report is made to the police.
ACCESS
- Zero-tolerance
The drug policy at Dominator is zero tolerance. This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not permitted. The police strictly check for prohibited narcotics at dance events throughout the Netherlands. We as an organization are obliged to hand over anyone found with these prohibited substances to the police.
- Prohibited items festival site
Weapons, drugs, liquids, sharp/dangerous objects, selfie sticks longer than 1 meter, professional video cameras (without press accreditation), umbrellas, football-related expressions, food and drinks. Different rules apply to the campsite for bringing food and drinks. See the FAQ – Camping for more information.
- Can I bring food and drinks to the festival site?
No, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks inside.
- Can I bring alcohol to the festival site?
It is not permitted to bring (alcoholic) drinks to the festival site.
- What if I bring soft and hard drugs to the event?
The drug policy at Dominator is zero tolerance. This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not permitted. The police strictly monitor dance events throughout the Netherlands for prohibited narcotics. We as an organization are obliged to hand over anyone found with these prohibited substances to the police.
- Can I leave the event site and then come back in?
No, it is not allowed to enter and exit the event. Once your ticket has been scanned and you leave the site, you are not allowed to re-enter.
- Are (pet) animals allowed on the event site?
No, it is not allowed to bring (domestic) animals to the event. Assistance animals (e.g. an assistance dog) are also not allowed because most animals have better hearing than humans and the noise can be too loud for them and therefore harmful.
DISABLED ACCESS
- Is there a special passage for wheelchair users?
Yes, there are extra wide gates at the entrance that you can pass through with a wheelchair.
- Disabled toilets on the event site
There are disabled toilets available at every toilet group at the event.
- Are assistance dogs allowed at the event?
Assistance animals (e.g. an assistance dog) are not allowed because most animals have better hearing than humans and the noise can be too loud for them and therefore harmful.
- Are there special facilities for visitors with hearing and/or visual impairments?
There are no special facilities available or centrally organized for people with hearing and/or visual impairments.
- I am pregnant, can I come to the event?
If you are pregnant you can come to the event, but it is your own responsibility. Due to the loud music, a visit to an event can be harmful to the unborn child. Discuss in advance with your doctor or midwife whether it is responsible.
- Can I bring a breast pump and/or pump on the event site?
Yes, you can bring a pumping device. It is possible to express milk in the first aid room and store it in a cool place.
- Are there special facilities for people with disabilities?
There is a special passage at the entrance, which is wide enough for wheelchair users. In addition, there are also disabled toilets available at the event.There is no disabled deck available at the event. There are enough paved paths to get everywhere, with the exception of the beach.
SERVICES & FACILITIES
- Coin price
Sales are per strip of 5 coins. Coins can be purchased per 5 coins for €20.00.
- Lockers
We recommend that you purchase your locker in advance. You will receive a ticket by email. At the event, take that ticket to the locker desk and receive the code for your locker.
- Free drinking festival site
There is free drink available at the toilets.
- Gluten-free options
We have gluten-free options but cannot 100% guarantee that there will be no cross-breeding with other non-gluten-free products. If you have a gluten allergy, you can bring your own food provided you can show a doctor’s note.
- Will cigarettes be sold at the event?
No, cigarettes will not be sold at the event.
- Can I withdraw money at the event?
There will be no ATM at the event. You can pay for your food and drinks with tokens. You can get tokens at the cash register with PIN, credit card or cash.
- Can I buy a power bank at the event?
Yes, power banks are sold at the merchandise stands.
- Lost and found
All lost and found items will be posted on iLost from the Wednesday after the show until at least two weeks after the event.
- What should I do if I have been robbed of items?
Please contact security immediately at the event. Your belongings may have been found. Otherwise you can file a report through the police.
MEDIA REQUESTS
- Media accreditation
You can send press requests to press@artofdance.nl , from here your request will be processed +- 2-3 weeks before the event.
- Which cameras can I bring to the event?
It is allowed to take photos with all types of cameras. Professional video cameras are only allowed with press accreditation.
- Can I interview at the event?
It is forbidden to interview at the event without permission. If you would like to be interviewed at the event, please email press@artofdance.nl to ask permission.
